There are a few players on Aminet that should be able to playback CDDA audio through Paula or a sound card through the IDE bus, they work fine with SCSI at least. The CDDA filesystem will only let you copy whole CDDA tracks back unless you find a CDDA datatype for multiview, or associate the DefIcon with one of these CDDA players.
This is a command-line one that should work, doesn't have a GUI but it's simple enough to use -
