The best Lisa chip to have for use with the Indivision is the Commodore Lisa. The HP Lisa is the one that's incompatible, and I think there's a third one which isn't too good either. There are hacks to get it to work though, and I think later revisions of the Indivision are compatible or will be compatible with all the Lisa chips.
