Once again, rockersuke beats me to it. Speris Legacy is indeed the closest we've got to the Zelda-style JRPG. There's also Legend, Dragonstone and Darkmere!

I was reading through an old Amiga Format magazine and saw this reader's game called Kak, which is like a Zelda-style RPG with a more western look. It reminds me of a cross between Valhalla and Speris Legacy a bit. It's not too bad and plays the way you would expect from a game like this, although being coded in Blitz it's kinda slow on the A600 and needs the 030 in the A1200 to play at a decent speed.

Try it out yourself:  http://aminet.net/package/game/role/KAK

I've been playing an early preview version of a really cool new RPG for AGA Amigas called Quests of Nargoth. It's got a 3D engine which really needs a good 030 or faster to be playable, but it runs in 262,144 colours, not just 256! I have been excited about this for a while so I have to show you guys what it looks like at the moment, still early stages but I think it's going to be a fantastic new game for us to play when it's finished.
