Minimig v1.1 PCBs New Gold finish now shipping
« on: October 31, 2007, 04:36:56 PM »
We are shipping our new gold finish Minimig v1.1 boards.

Unfortunately there is no AROS bounty donation with these.

The good news is the price is at least 25% lower than before. From £6.00 at quantity 10 to £7.49 for 1 off.

You can order them here!

Thank you

Well, probably no difference to us at all.

The new boards are gold because HASL was slightly more expensive.

The way we see it is that, with manual construction, we really need to tin either surface before applying the component.... so effectively no difference.

Except price!

Bty - thanks for your patience - I really did lose hope that your boards were going to show towards the end.  :-(

Wow!

I didn't realise the significance of your comment until I saw you post in another thread about trying out a game.

Congratulations on your build! That was quick.  :-)
