My update to MOS2.1 went without a problem. But, I do feel for  those here who are having issues.  Here below I have quoted myself from a thread earlier when MOS2.0 first came out and I still believe it is playing a part with many of the USB issues that I'm hearing.

"Now something to think about, I had some problems with stick and hub orientation as it pertained to usb ports on the Efika, where I had the hub plug into the top usb port and the stick plug into the bottom and I was getting system freeze ups at various stopping points during the firmware boot up. I swapped them around and was successful.

Another possible problem some have been having with keyboard and mouse being plugged into the usb hub, make sure your mouse is plugged in after the keyboard, meaning if it is a 4 port usb hub plug keyboard hub port 1, then mouse hub port 2."

I believe keeping a hub out of the equation helps to avoid these freezes and lost of keyboard and mouse problems.  Working straight from the Efika's USB ports without the Hub is the way to go.
