What program are you trying to install?

Where did you get it?

How are you trying to install it?

Is it on a floppy disk, CD, or something else?

What commands are you using to try to install it?

Oh, in an emulator. Well I'd say try what the other dude said and make sure the install script isnt badly written and try assigning DF2 to it. But since youre emulating, you also should check at all your emulator settings are OK. Or buy a real Amiga ;) If this is a commercial program (PageStream) then that makes me think an emulator setup issue is more likely than a badly written install...
