Would these SIMMS suit an A4000D?

(I mistakenly thought the A4000 used 30-pin simms. I was wrong when I wrote:

I was wondering if the simms in this eBay auction would be suitable for use in an A4000D motherboard, as fast RAM?

OOhh, these for chip RAM?
