I am thinking seriously to buy a minimig. Is it wise to wait for a 2.0 release or is it too far away?

I just tried to order a minimig with the 4mb upgrade and the site says it's sold out. When will you get more?

Also, I couldn't find the ARM upgrade.. could you get it to order everything together?
