Not much to choose from at the moment:

Mediator - use PCI graphics, sound and ethernet cards
Lyra - PS/2 keyboard adaptor
Coccolino - PS/2 mouse adaptor
Fast ATA-MKIII - 4 device IDE card

Hopefully the Deneb USB card will be available soon, and will allow SATA HD, keyboard, mouse, ethernet etc.

That is A1200 only.

Wrong. Completely and utterly wrong:

You must be confusing the PowerFlyer and FastATA.

No I am not. Amiga kit has mislabeled it.

No they haven't, it's called a FastATA Mk-III on the Elbox site too. Or have they got the name wrong as well?

You will need a CD filesystem (AmiCDFS or CachCDFS), which should include a suitable mountlist.

USB doesn't work as a keyboard/mouse in (most) games. Forget USB, get adapters which plug into the original mouse and keyboard sockets, a Lyra etc.

He didn't mention games, he said he was a Toaster user. USB may be perfect for him.
