Although it isn't listed on his website, Kipper2K can supply a CDTV CPU riser card.
Omolungo over at EAB posted photo of the Vampire 500 fitted in the CDTV and said you can close the lid with it fitted.

To fully support the CDTV with need a re-write of the core. Majsta posted back in December that it would be easy to do and he has been offered a CDTV for that purpose but didn't have the time to do at the time.
