Ian Stedman has a page full of information on Amiga power supplies and different hacks and adapters.  You can use the information to do a quick and dirty hack using the cable from your power brick.  You should be able open the brick and remove the cable without cutting it.

If you want a neater looking longterm solution PicoPSU is good option since you can fit inside the case the only external box is a neat little AC adapter.A 60w kit with a genuine PicoPSU fairly cheap at $35 and will supply more than enough with being as excessive as normal ATX supply of these times.

Ian sells adapters which include a header for a on/off switch.

If you decide to go down this route ask Acill if he'll solder some wires to the internal side of the PSU connector ready for fitting into the adapter.
