I sent a support request + some questions about SharkPPC and Dragon boards to Elbox on the 29th of July. I got a response on the 30th including answer regarding SharkPPC and Dragon.

No. It is rather impossible.

There is no sense to still use 68040 or 60 processor in the Dragon
system. The Coldfire processor, which will be installed in the production
version of the Dragon board will be much faster than 68060.

We do our best to release Shark boards this year.

Running OS4 for Classic on any system, which does not contain the Amiga
classic motherboard is afaik not covered by the license agreement between
Hyperion and Amiga Inc.
