at the bottom of the page of the listing of that item you find a "report" button, I suggest you guys use it. I used it to inform Ebay that the listing has a misleading title and item description. I'm sure that if more people report this they will not be able to ignore it :)

I did indeed try the report link. I even got an e-mail from ebay:
