Cloanto not shipping Amiga Forever stuff?

Just wondering if anybody else has had problems with Cloanto not shipping Amiga forever 2008? I ordered it in the first week of June and have yet to see it. I have e-mailed them but I have not gotten any kind of reply as to its shipping status... We are going on close to 6 weeks now...

Has anyone else had shipping problems with them?

I e-mailed Digital River with my order info but have yet to get a response....

Digital River should not be on holiday, they are 24/7... If he's been on holiday 6 weeks, thats a pretty nice vacation... But no I never did consider that he might be on holiday that long, because there was nothing that would indicate it... I'm glad at least that I'm not alone on this... Which tells me its not just me...

Share IT is just digital river's e-commerce service. It is digital river who it is ordered through...

I got a e-mail reply back from Digital River but not Cloanto today and they said that I did not order a CD from them just a digital download. I kindly replied that I ordered the premium version which had physical shipping and handling charges and is stated on Cloanto's site that it is Download + Physical Product. They said the vendor Amiga Forever \ Cloanto must be the one shipping the physical product then. Because they do not ship and CD's just digital downloads. So I guess the hold up on the physical product is on Cloanto's side.

Ok... So I e-mailed the new spam free e-mail address with verification routine at the beginning of the week and still have yet to hear from Cloanto... I am feeling more than a little bit ignored here...

I knew that I should have ordered from Vesalia... I believe they have physical product in stock... But I thought that ordering from the source would be better as I was supporting Cloanto directly and would get the latest most up to date product from him...

Great to see you on here, are you focusing on amiga stuff more now or just being more active here since Lemon64 is lulling a bit for the summer...

I notice another trend here... Most European customers have received their disks and all USA\Canada customers have not...

Woot... I finally got my copy the other day... Going on seven weeks but Cloanto came through...

Cloanto thanks for the public response... It helps everybody know what is going on and understand better. Also, thanks for another great product. I am very happy with the 2008 version.
