I take loooong breaks, usually over the summer when I'm busy enjoying the weather. Otherwise it's easy to get burned out. A mildly tweaked miggy for games/demos is pretty doable with little headache, but expanding a big-box to the max is an endless (albeit intriguing) game of solve the riddles.
