Motorola has NEVER made a 68060 faster than the
cut-down 75mhz model (for commercial sales
anyhow).
They make full versions at 50 and 60mhz, reduced
versions at 66 and 75mhz. I doubt they will ever
produce anything else 68060 related at this point
(aside from what's already).
The latest (1999) mask revision of the full (50/60mhz)
version is reported to be stable at an OVERCLOCKED
speed of 100mhz.
The cheapest price I could find for one of the above
was over 300.00 USD new (for a single unit).
