You cannot change the multiplier but you can change the crystal. Before changing the crystal you can activate precharge, preload and waitstates so that after you increase the RAM speed it still works.


Unless it crashes before it can load the command though, right? I'm pretty sure only the PPC cards allow a firmware change.

My B1260 ran perfect at 66 MHz, but crashed at 70. I had an older mask (F43G) revision. Another problem with the Blizz is that the SCSI kit may not work at much over 50 MHz.
