Hmmm, actually, I would say the opposite is true, at least in the small business world. (Obviously, there's no "cut and dry" formula that guarantees success, but my viewpoint is that those who conduct business with ethical standards are "on the average" more likely to succeed. Once again, I'm talking small business here, where hopefully one can stay afloat without courts and lawyers getting involved.)
