The board worked fine in my A2000 (Blizzard 060, CV64/3D, VLabt-Motion, Toccata and X-Surf), so PSU seems no problem.
Please note that this card is one of the very rare that work in 8 Bit ISA. Most 2000s have 16 Bit ISA-Slots only in conjunction with Zorroboards, so the board does not fit properly.
I have searched for this card a long time, because it is not a standard card. But you are compeltely right it is not a bridgeboard, which is nowhere stated in the auction. For me it is the perfect card, to have all things (browser, office, etc.) in one box.
