Wherever it makes sense to do so, meaning wherever there might be an abuse of those terms, yes.

It did not, there was a mistake on the part of the submitter of the news item.
It'll still be the Amiga Research Operating System to me.
So be it, as long as you don't get religious about it. It's just an OS, not even the best one at being one. ;-)
