The guy in charge of BBOAH was receiving updates for a while, but suddenly started ignoring some submissions.
My advice, submit it to
http://amiga-manuals.npage.de , if it is not already there, they will take good care of your submission and will put it online in no time. It is a valuable site with lots of publicly available manuals for all sorts of Amiga hardware and software.
