Not really, a 060 is even more incompatible than a 040. Try using Scala MM300/400, on a 040 it will work beatifully, on a 060, it won´t work unless you disable some of the processor caches.

A 040 can boot a bare workbench 3.1 installation. A 060 will fail until you add the 060 libs.
