I think I've placed three separate orders from them. Shipping took about a week to San Diego, which is really fast for international. They were also very responsive and helpful with my questions.
I got one of the new old stock A1200s. I'm not sure the machine was 100% new (the "breaking this sticker voids warranty" sticker on the bottom was broken) but otherwise it is cosmetically perfect. It's possible that they had to break that sticker to get me an NTSC model, maybe by doing some modification to the motherboard. If that's the case, it's a service I am grateful for
