I would say it's old, since it mentions Miami 2.x. The latest available version is 3.2b
Mike, Thomas, Thank you for the Help. I have it installed now. Next is the MiamiSSL installation and now I can't get it going. The install is asking for a MiamiSSL encryption library.
There is a file in the package MiamiSSLusa.encyp something but the installation process does not recognize it and crashes. Do I need to rename this file or put it some where else?

Miami needs a separate encryption library. Due to export regulations the file was not available on aminet. Here is a link for the library:
