HW seems very nice, but also expensive. It's probably affordable for western Europe and America, but not for eastern Europe. There should be some low-end machine.
Anyway, does Amiga have software that will take advantage of hardware strong like that?
I have Pegasus machine and in time when I get it it was pretty strong even comparing with PC's. But, without SW it's almost useless...
Without PhotoShop (even some older version will do), some rendering program (LightWave), some DTP program that opens Word (Papyrus?)...it doesn't have bright future.
And another important thing - HW has to be upgraded every 1-2 years. Computer technology is developing very fast this days, you know. :-)
