If you already have an IDE controller and software, What is the advantage of using IDEfix97? Thanks

Thanks for the link. I downloaded the software only from Aminet, I thought it was something I might need. My set up is an A2000 with a Exspansion Systems DataFlyer SCSI/IDE combo controller and OS 2.1. I never have used the IDE bus although I tried once many years ago and I could not get any thing to show up.

I plan trying again so I can mount a cd-rom to upgrade to 3.9/KS 3.1. However It might be easier to instal OS 3.1 first. I not really sure since the controller has it's own software interface aside from HDToolbox.
