Amiga 1000 Keyboard
« on: April 12, 2007, 03:39:15 AM »
Hi, i have had an Amiga 1000 which i got from an old bloke about 5 years ago, he purchased it in 1985 new and only ever turned it on once he said. Its brand new still in origional box and packaging. I have finally decided to get it up and running but do not have a keyboard with it. The conection seems to be an RJ11 or RJ12, i am wondering if there is anyone that knows of a web site or can provide me with a wiring diagram to turn a standard PS2 keyboard into one with the right conector. I will also look around to purchase an origional one but any help to get me going would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

:-)

Thanks, there is a keyboard for an A4000 on ebay at the moment, but the price is rising very fast 9 bids all ready 8 hours to go. And to think of all the old keyboards i remember thowing out years ago that would have done the job just fine, but were obsolete at the time...*sigh*

Just never know do you... :-)
