BPPC and BVision
« on: July 25, 2007, 10:03:19 PM »
In my previous posts (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) I have stated that i have problems running my BVision GFX card. And that I have done most modifications to get it to work. So far stating it to be HW problems since it crashes showing the  15kHZ modes (early startup menu and WB without Bootpic.library).

I must report a weird behavior, that has been since the BPPC was brand new.
At power on it does not start at first like the A1200 does without the BPPC inserted. It shows a black screen, and nothing happens. after power down and power up several times (5 times or more), then the computer boots up like normally... And runs fine (i guess) besides from the BVision not running.

Is this normal for the BPPC cards? (my guess is they should boot up emediately after power on...)

EDIT: I have checked the PSU and it delivers its powers like it should!

good question... I did not realize it was that many, before I now summered it up.. Got a bit amazed... (it is 6 now then...)

:-(

But to my defence, this really bothers me... A lot!
I want it to work, but don't know how...
And no one else seem to do either...
I have gotten some really great ideas, fixing some of the other  problems I have had (among them the zip disk problem). And I am really thankful for the help i have gotten so far...

But this just bothers me... not knowing what to do or where to start looking for problems...
