I would like to see the quote where Mr Haynie actually says those exact words...

And he is selling it at that price because "An Amiga 4000 computer in mint or near-mint condition are extremely hard to find"... That may be true, but without the parts that made the A4000 an A4000... That is just not worth $500... no way...

That would be like selling a castrated dog for breading and asking full price for it....

Is there some A4000T pictures of the motherboard in gallery?
I have seen the case, a lot. and it was my wet dream in the 90s... If i ever come by a 4000T i will take a loan to buy it... just to get one....
(and i do belive I am not the only one)

You won't get, as they are not listed in the auction, the 040 card, PSU, hard drive, the battery he took off the mother board, kickstart roms which he has probably removed, keyboard, mouse, power cord, OS disks, manuals, etc

I asked the guy if these parts were to follow the computer, and if the computer would start when connected to power...
But... no answer... would that be a shock?
