and don't forget the Chameleon64 as an option.  There are several cores available for that, but I tend to use just the C64 core and the Amiga.

Which reminds me that I really need to update my cores!  :)

If you want RTG then the FPGA Arcade is the way to go.  The new core is supposed to have RTG modes.  I can't vouch for it yet as I'm still using an old core in mine.
