I always hate to see complete systems being broken down into parts, but it is understandable. Money is money.
If you are going to eBay it then list each item, starting with the main hardware first such as (A1200mobo in tower case), followed by a 5 minute delay for the Mediator and then the other pieces with delays between the auction end time. Offer a discount on shipping for more than one item purchased. That way if someone wants the lot they could win the main computer and then bid safely on the other parts. You might not need to disassemble it after all.
I won a PET last week, but the floppy drive for it ended 22 seconds after the PET. By the time I knew I'd won the PET I couldn't get my bid in on time for the floppy and I wasn't going to bid earlier on the floppy without knowing that I had won the PET. It was very annoying and the seller would have made some more money on the floppy if I'd had more of a chance to bid on the matching items.
