Damn!  Are you sure there isn't a small slider switch to toggle it between 120v and 240v?

If all else fails, you can get 120-240v transformers.  I have a couple in my house which I used to use with my old UK appliances when I first moved to the USA.  Just make sure you buy a transformer rated for the device you intend to run off it.

Hmmm... found a picture of one and it looks like the PSU is fixed:

Where did you buy it?  I find it hard to believe a USA seller would stock cases with European PSUs.

Its just a regular old ATX psu. you can just get a common pc supply if you don't want to wait.. Just make sure the motherboard connector is 20 or 24 pin and get the psu to match. Many psu's come with 20/24 pin capable connectors.

That would certainly be cheaper (and less cumbersome) than a transformer.

I found the tower at ASB Computer in Spain. Couldn't find a brand new one state side. They never mentioned the PSU was only european... No toggle switch... I've e-mailed elbow, but they are probably closed for the evening.

Software hut advertise them new for $280, but the site hasn't been updated for a loooooooooooooong time.

Elbox contacted me today and is gonna walk me thru the process of changing the voltage by connecting (short circuit by soldering) two pads of the power supply main board. Thanks for all of your help!

James

Good old Elbox.  I've had nothing but excellent support from them when I've had issues.
