Sounds like a bargain.  I have the Rev 6.2 mobo and that one allows you to change it from NTSC to PAL with the help of a sharp knife and then fit a switch if you want to toggle between the two.
A2000, A3000, 2 x A1200T, A1200, A4000Tower & Mediator, CD32, VIC-20, C64, C128, C128D, PET 8032, Minimig & ARM, C-One, FPGA Arcade... and AmigaOne X1000.

Excellent.  Any plans to upgrade it?  A CPU card with some extra RAM would be a good start, or a SDFF.

You're not trying to run the AGA version of it on an OCS/ECS machine are you?

Is your machine set up as NTSC by default?  You might want to see about converting it to PAL if it is possible with your mobo:
