It is part of C-USA's follow up to their sucessful "By a C64x and get a Crack Whore Free" campaign. This new one states that if you sign up for their "Extended Service Plan" then Rosie will personally come to your house every 6 months and lubricate your keyboard for free.
Mind you, Dell and HP have similar plans, but they send Angelina Jolie and Natalie Portman instead.
