Well, it would be interesting to determine what exactly would be a production run in units produced, then we could get an idea of pre-orders somewhat. As I would expect that Altman would keep his cost down by not carrying an extended inventory which would have to be stored.

Very true. If each production run lasted only one day then they've sold 4000 units. Then there's the word "able", which could mean "if we all take cocaine and work without any toilet breaks for 24 hours straight". In that case we could be looking at 1400+/-. On other hand, we could be looking at 120,000.
