Granted Amiga Inc. isn't in favor these days but still, I'd say that copyright should be respected.
Agreed to a point, but as Amiga Inc don't seem to be selling copies of these manuals themselves and they're only really of use to people who actually have the related physical product then I'd say there is no harm done.
Mind you, I doubt the lawyers will see it that way, but hopefully they'll have better things to do assuming Amiga Inc actually has lawyers now.
