An A500 power supply. You plug it in, it either works or it doesn't.
It's a joke. A "bum" power supply and the cable fits into the rusty starfish.
Think Red Dwarf and Kryten with his groinal socket doing the vacuum cleaning and you get the type of humour involved here.
