He seems to have lots of other Amiga-related items with odd descriptions. To be honest, while the writing style's very Doomy-ish, I don't think he'd be the type of idiot to say that an Emplant card can emulate a 586 PC!

Well, with the planned 586 module it would have been able too and it's Doomey's style to advertise abstract possibilities as thinly worded facts in order to defend his conman act.  Which is why he doesn't state exactly what type of Mac you can emulate.

What he's hoping is that someone is gullible enough to think that they can run Windows XP and OSX on their Amiga and when they can't hell just say, "Well you should have known better - System 7 will run fine and any idiot knows that you'll need the extra module mentioned in the manual for the PC side."

OK, his description sucks, but he's carefully stepping around the eBay regulations regarding the description and that's what Doomey does well.

lol, he's been trying to sell this thing for over two years.

The sad thing is, if that's true then he probably did sell it 2 years ago and just keeps putting the picture up and selling it over and over again even though he no longer has it.
