@skurk,
From what I've read the Efika isnt compatible with any mini ITX cases. Most folks seem to be making there own.
I have an Efika and bought a micro ATX case for it. The simple fact is, the Efika with the graphics card installed has all of the ports aligned to the pop-out backplane, but the screw holes on the Efika mobo do not line up with mounting holes inside the case. What you have to do is simply mount the Efika onto a hard surface which you can then drill holes into so that it can be mounted securely in the case and then manufacture your own backplane to replace the one that came with the case.
I haven't manufactured them yet so I can't show a photograph, but I've bought a firm, thin plastic sheet and a dremel in order to cut the necessary holes (something like this:

Compared to putting my A1200 in my Elbox Tower, this looks easy. :-D
