Judging by the name of the winning bidder, it looks like this guy is hoping to rip off people with a poor grasp of English and then try and justify it with a "but I told them it was only a bit of paper".
After all, why else go to the trouble of listing all of the XBox360 specs and sales blurb only to admit that you're only going to send them an IOU - and then charge them $5 for sending that.
Now I know why I no longer use eBay.
