Cross Atlantic owns the tech, but a "SPV" special purpose vehicle, named Replevix LLC was formed to handle the licensing.
I am not 100% sure, but was there not some special arrangement where Amiga Inc reserved some rights even if Taos would seize to exists?
Their Intent / Elate RTOS is pretty cool stuff. The AmiAnywhere was just striped down to a player and nothing else.
