There is allways has been MUI for Amiga OS. MUI4 version of Amiga OS is not based to MOS sources, so what? I could imagine what would happend if it were based to MOS sources. Situation reminds me bullying school kids, do or not do, a**holes are allways popping up from masses.
I don't know if they've licenced the name MUI4 for that OS4 version.. but anyway it sounds a little fishy when they use that name while it's not based on the real thing. Call it something else then..
Anyway I don't have anything against porting software around and sharing code, but it's sometimes so hilarious with these attitudes where you can't admit that there might be something to get from competitors... or even admit that there is "related competitor"
This Filesysbox case is just a prime example where talk and actions are so contradictory.
