"would a scsi hard drive with a "80pin sca" connecter on it work in my Amiga 2000 if I get the correct adaptor to convert it to a 50pin scsi?"

Yes, I have one in my a1200. Can't remember the companies selling them now...

Robbie: looks like correct adapter.

Guy from Denmark: Well.. I have 9G SCA-drive with similar adapter shown in this thread connected normally to scsi-chain like other devices too. At the moment I have one 50-pin HD, CD-RW and DAT in my MicroniK Classic tower and then I have external SCSI-tower which has the SCA-HD and some other scsi-stuff. SCSI-controller is the SCSI-kit in B1260. Not much to tell.. :)
