i just converted disc 1 of war of the worlds from a cd to mp3 using windows media player then to 16 bit wav using freemake audio converter then burnt on a disc using nero ..then playing on my 1200 using amigaamp ..computers ..amazing things
What.. oh no.. don't do it like that! Uh.. seriously. Why?
Firstly, don't convert them to mp3 in between, it loses quality. Why don't you just read the CD directly to wav and preserve the quality?
Secondly.. you burn them back to CD?? If you have CD drive on your Amiga, why don't you just listen the original CD directly on it? WTF? Or read the CD to wav/aiff/something directly on Amiga if you want them copied to HD?
