AFAIK there is no PPPoE client for Amiga.
As said, MiamiDX supports PPPoE and I have successfully tried it with direct connection with my Amiga. BUT in any case it's better to use router, which makes PPPoE connection to ISP and then just use static IPs with computers to router. Any TCP/IP stack will work then. I'd prefer AmiTCP/IP based stacks because of the speed.
