I have Terratec TerraTValue. It was cheapest I could find at the time I bought it. Didn't have too much extra money
I guess you'll get what you pay... it doesn't have remote control and it gets pretty much interference from Amiga. Some channels are ok, but some have lots of interference... even more if I'm playing something with Delfina's DSP
Don't know if expensive cards would have better shielding or something... I have connected composite output from A1200 to it and composite picture is ok, but not as colorful and sharp as with RGB to other displays (of course).
Sometimes I don't get the picture at all when opening the tv software, but it's just matter of restarting it... doesn't happen too often and easy to fix, so it's not too big problem.
VHIStudio grabs snapshots nicely from TV.. haven't tried any streams...
