Has anyone been able to contact them about subscriptions?
I renewed my subscription to AmigActive magazine late in October last year, for 1 year at a cost of £55.90.
I received issue 25, and issue 26 (3 weeks late, after having had to email them about it).
Then they changed to digital. I was told my subscription had been transferred and that I would receive more issues of digital than I would have AA to make up the price difference.
Well, I never did. In fact, I have never received ANY issues of digital. I have been in contact with them via email several times since late January to try to cancel my subscription, but haven't been able to so far.
I have tried calling them today (on 01202 411 111) but no-one seems to be answering.
At £27.95 each, those are some pretty expensive issues of AA I bought. Hope I can get some of my money back.... :-x
