So for now I'm going to leave the battery in for a while until I find something that fits & looks better. If anyone can suggest a good replacement let me know, I am aware of the Amikit replacements but I'm avoiding them because I don't want it to leak again some day.

There are other good options for battery replacement the bast being a rechargeable coin battery this way you dont need to use the lith hack and there is no worries of leakage.
