Upgrade Workbench with ADF files

Hello,

I have an Amiga 500 with KS 3.1, but with WB 1.3 on a HD.

I can easily get ADF files to my Amiga, but I can't do anything with them.  I tried to install ADF_Device, but it doesn't work.  Also I tried WHDLoad, but it also doesn't work.  I'm assuming because I need to upgrade my WB.

I have the WB ADF files for 2.x and 3.x.

Which version should I install? (my main purpose is WHDLoad/games)

And is there a way I can mount ADF files with WB1.3?  Or write them to a floppy?

I dont know if it is compatible with your version of workbench but the programme i use is TSGUI which is on aminet fantastic little prog for transfering adf images back to floppy
