HELLLPPP....Problem with picasso 96 in winuae ......?

Ihave installed OS 3.9 in winuae and installed the picasso 96 chose winauee for my display driver and when i double-click on the winuae monitor icon in devs it does not appear in prefs...?
 can any one help me please ?
